1. Data we process

We process the minimum data needed to sell and operate agents: your contact details, order and payment records, the scoped credentials you intentionally supply, and workspace activity.

• Account data: name, email, company and role.
• Order data: purchases, milestones, messages and delivery records.
• Integration credentials: scoped tokens you provide, stored encrypted and access-controlled.

2. Data we never collect

We do not request, store or have access to private keys, seed phrases, wallet signing material, or raw passwords to third-party services. This is an architectural constraint, not merely a policy.

3. How data is used

Data is used to deliver and support your deployment, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to communicate about your orders. We do not sell personal data, and customer telemetry is not used to train models shared with other customers.

4. Retention and deletion

Order records are retained for statutory accounting periods. Integration credentials are deleted or rotated at handover or cancellation. You may request deletion of account data that we are not required to retain by contacting support.
