Terms of Service

1. Scope of service

The Web3 Wizard provides curated AI agent deployments for Web3 businesses. Purchases cover the configuration, provisioning and assisted deployment of the selected agent, together with the deliverables listed on its agent page.

This is a managed deployment service. It is not a no-code builder and does not include ongoing custom development beyond the stated engineer coverage window unless separately agreed.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying the scoped credentials, information and approvals required for deployment, and for confirming you are authorised to grant the access you provide.

• Provide scoped, revocable tokens — never private keys, seed phrases or raw passwords.
• Respond to workspace requests for information within the timescales shown on the order.
• Ensure your use of each agent complies with applicable law and the terms of the platforms it operates on.

3. Delivery

Delivery expectations are stated per agent and begin once all required information and authorised access have been received. Estimates are not guarantees of a specific completion time where dependencies are outside our control.

Progress, requests and handover are documented in the shared order workspace, which is the authoritative record of your order.

4. Limits of liability

Agents are operational decision-support tooling. They do not hold signing authority, do not move funds, and do not provide legal, financial or compliance advice. You remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of agent output.

Our aggregate liability for any order is limited to the fees paid for that order in the preceding twelve months.
