When orders can be cancelled, what is refundable, and how refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel before engineering work has started, the deployment fee is refunded in full in stablecoin (USDT/USDC) to your verified self-custody wallet address.
2. Cancellation during deployment
If you cancel after provisioning has started but before handover, we refund the deployment fee minus the portion of work completed, which is documented by the milestone timeline in your order workspace.
3. After handover
Once a deployment has been handed over and accepted, the setup fee is no longer refundable. For managed deployments, recurring monthly charges stop at the end of the billing period in which cancellation is confirmed.
4. How to request and crypto safety
Refund requests are submitted directly from your order workspace using the in-app cancellation form. Because blockchain transactions are permanent and irreversible, you must provide a self-custody wallet address (such as Safe, MetaMask, or Ledger) and select the specific network (USDT on TRC-20 or USDC on ERC-20). We never execute automatic refunds to exchange deposit addresses, which would cause permanent fund loss. Approved refunds are reviewed against milestones and processed manually within three business days of confirmation.
